Top notch, a very enjoyable stay in a great hotel where all my expectations were met.
Really lovely staff and a filling breakfast too with lots of items on the buffet table.
Some great food options nearby and two Metro Stations within a five minute walk, no need to stay anywhere else in Paris as far as I'm concerned.

Walls very thin so can hear through them. Room very small. Was convenient for me but wouldnt bother again. Paid for breakfast but was out too early to eat so can't comment but it was continental basically.

L'Epine is a spectacular location and the hotel is right beside the beautiful Basillica. We couldn't work-out how to control the sauna and its infra-red lamps.
