Check in/check out process was very easy. There were a lot of guests staying there while we were there, but the hotel somehow managed to make it feel very manageable. Lots of instructions available!! Loved the morning breakfast & relaxing in the evening onsen. Fabulous stay for a family of four!

Absolutely loved this hotel. This hotel gives traditional Japanese vibes. You take your shoes off and put them in lockers and walk around the hotel barefoot. Make sure to wear socks. They offer free socks, toothbrushes, etc and cups of tea. There are men and women onsens along with private onsens. ...

Hotel was as described, clean spacious. Unable to use amenities due to tattoos. Hotel location not convenient not a lot of food options around the hotel need to travel to Kyoto station about 15 min away to get to any of the sites

The hotel was good overall and had a convenient location. The room size was actually quite good for Japan, which was a nice surprise. The hotel itself felt a bit old and could use some renovation.
