"Really clean room and staff was very kind and welcoming. Would love to stay again"

"AMAZING experience. Whole family loved it. Would highly recommend and would return. Onsite Onsen is wonderful, property is clean/well maintained, very easy to use and quick shuttle to and from town, and staff was outstanding."

"This was genuinely the best stay I have ever had. The room and facilities were great, the food was utterly amazing, and the staff were so welcoming and caring. I spent four nights here and I wish I could stay for longer. While it’s a bit expensive, it is worth every yen. The staff was so helpful and made sure every second I spent there was incredible. I really cannot recommend this place enough!"

"This was a great ryokan experience for us. The view from the room is spectacular, and the meals were sumptuous and delicious. Shorenkan was the hidden gem of our trip"

"Fantastic hotel. Prime location, beautiful outlook onto the river and mountain behind. Beautiful interiors and rooms. Fantastic restaurant - we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and an evening drink up there. Kinosaki onsen itself is lovely we visited 3 onsen with the pass that they provided us. Highly recommend a 2 night stay. Easy train tourney from Osaka."

"Clean, quiet hotel. The most comfortable beds we have slept in during our trip "
