"Very close to Hakata station which is a main hub. In-room laundry especially convenient. Everything was very clean. AC kept room cool and dry, but there is a humidifier if needed. Variety of free amenities. Nightgown provided. Appreciated the option to have towel changes only without housekeeping entering room or limited cleaning i.e. towel changes and garbage removal. Only downside is we could hear the shinkansen going by, but maybe that is just from our specific room/side of the hotel."

"Beautiful property! A little oasis tucked away from the hustle of Hakata but still centrally located. Staff was friendly, english speaking and super helpful. Our room was upgraded and we were blown away by the size, cleanliness and generous amenities offered. This is a small boutique hotel so there is amazing attention to detail from complimentary drink offerings in your mini fridge to a pleasant top floor retreat where complimentary snacks, coffee and even alcoholic beverages are offered nightly. So many hidden treasures discovered (jacuzzi and sauna are a must) on this trip that we definitely want to go back. Highly recommend for top tier service, plush rooms and an elevated experience!"

"Well kept property both outside and inside the room. The comfort room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable bed. It included a small kitchen with a sink, stove top, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, knives, bowls, plates, cutlery and cups. Adjoining the shower/tub area was also a washer, bonus. The only hiccup was checking in which was resolved with a quick response thru email. Close to Hakata Station about 15 minute walk and all the usual convenience stores and eateries close by. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay."

"As my first stay in Japan, the Celecton Kurume was a very pleasant hotel during my time there. The staff was instantly accommodating when my flight was delayed and I ended up arriving an hour after check-in was accepted, but the staff graciously waited for me to arrive so I wouldn't be deserted. After that, all the rest of the staff have been very welcoming to me, even though I'm not too fluent in Japanese, and they provided excellent breakfast choices every morning. I stayed for a week and the atmosphere remained feeling clean and safe. I want to say thank you to everyone working there! I hope I can come back again someday :)"
