"As advertised. The rooms were great. Comfortable beds. Coffee and tea in the room. The blinds on the windows were excellent to keep out the light. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety and was very tasty. Will stay here again."

"The parking is absolutely rediculous, they state they have onsite parking, don't count on that. The staff directs cars into a tiny parking lot, they are double parking and blocking guest cars in and prevents people from leaving in the morning when they want"

"I loved this place! ❤️ However, it is quite far and it took 3 hours to get to the Isle of Skye. Another important thing is that the road to get there feels like an extreme sport. Applecross road is not for the weak. Once you get there it’s special."

"Hôtel de type auberge située dans un coin tranquille des Highlands, sur le bord d’un lac. Eilean Donan Castle est à proximité. J’ai trouvé cette auberge tout à fait charmante, dans une vieille maison où les planchers craquent. Ca m’a donné l’impression de visiter le chalet de mes grands-parents. La chambre était très spacieuse et il y avait de délicates attentions (carafe d’eau, petit sablés). Le déjeuner était délicieux."
