Should be a service they would give customers, and NOT charge extra for. They also keep you on waiting for a very long time, and you will be charged the whole time. "So it was a walk down 79 steps to the village, so in ski boots that is challenging but you get used to it. Hot water did run out after 30 minutes or so on a couple of occassions. Apartment was superb and had a sauna and towels and bedding and all kitchen implements such has cooker, microwave, dishwasher kettle, washing machine. Separate toilet to bathroom (teenagers need this). As good as Ruka Suites but just 50m further away on those steps."

"The hotel is amazing, the location is key, ski-in-and-out. Right next to Ruka Ski Resort Gondola. The room assigned to me was clean, very charming and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, nice winter blankets, and soft pillows. Breakfast was included and it is a massive buffet with healthy options. I loved the food and the service. There are restaurants, shopping stores, and tour agencies all within walking distance. Also the bus stop to the airport is a 4 minute walk. I would come back to this hotel and location big time. Finland is a dream!!"
