"Great stay for family of seven. Plenty of bathrooms. Close to all the action. We had a van, but the bus stop is super close and if you can brave the cold and the hill you could walk everywhere. Loved having plenty of bathrooms and plenty of seating for family to all sit together to eat or to relax in the lounge. Would definitely stay again. "

"It’s a Japanese style house by the sea. Well equipped with everything. Big living room where we can hangout together. Nice and comfortable futon. Lovely view. The only downside is that the car road to the house is quite steep and uneven. "

"Enjoyed our third stay at Harmony House and once again, it did not disappoint. The home accommodated our group of 8 easily. The best memories were the morning sunrises looking out the front window while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. "For my first stay in Otaru, I wanted a place where I can feel the Japanese vibe in ny accommodation, and this place was perfect for that. It was expactly what I would expect if I would visit a friend's house in Japan. The dadami was interesting and once I enter the premise, I was immediately immersed in local Japanese vibe. The place was very clean and cozy and very close to the main attractions in Otaru. Everything was within walking distances. Highly recommended if you want a special...

"We had a missed pick up at the arrival. But the communication was smooth in English to help us resolve problem. The house is clean and big. Comprehensive kitchen utilities for cooking. They have heated room for ski equipments. Only drawback is lacking of bathing. It’s close to Niseko shuttle stop, and it’s the first stop so you’ll have best chance get on the bus. You won’t want to walk to gondola because it’s steep up. Many restaurants in walking distance as well. "

"素敵な建物でファミリーとワンコ一頭で楽しめましたが、色々前の方が置いて行ったもの？雑多残してあって、食べ物類は賞味期限が切れてるのかどうかもわからず、もう少し整理されたら良いのに、と思います。 ゴミ袋や紙類なども、沢山あるのは良いのですが、整頓されてないので、あまり気持ち良くありません。ザル(水切り)、延長カード、日本製のお箸、あると良いですね 台所、洗面所など排水も詰まり気味でした。"

"This property would be good for self drive definitely, but not advisable if u are taking public transport. It is 2KM from the bus terminal. The host provided a really powerful heating panel which we also used to dry all our clothes and was hot and crisp after 10 hours. Host was very kind and friendly. Lake Toya was raining the two days we were there so we checked out after 1 day unfortunately. "

"True ski in ski out property! Ski lifts right outside hotel door. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 6 nights. In room washing machine was super helpful since we were traveling with kids. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel provided transport from hotel to Hirafu Welcome center which is where our shuttle bus from Chitose Airport dropped us off at."
