Great value for money at this location

The team are excellent at this calm hotel. Food good. External condition excellent. Location good. But bathrooms are very tired. Rooms need refitting. This could be an amazing place with a good make over of the internal parts of the rooms. But for the money it is great value. Pools are well maintained.

Well priced comfort.

Always a comfortable friendly stay. Feels like home. Staff are lovely and available at any time. Low key, quiet, close to amenities. Good price. Only downside was that we had no hot water in shower, but they were working on it :)

A lovely old time Balinese hotel. Friendly staff who will do anything for you. Excellent breakfast. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade but considering the cheap rates you can’t complain. I’ll definitely come back here.

Great location in Kuta - close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Being in the location that it was obviously quite old, needs a refresh. Gardens and breakfast nice. Rooms could do with new linen.

The years have been kind.

The MSA and was always my home away from home for 5 1/2 years. It’s been 11 years since I’ve been here and it felt like I just left on a long holiday. The staff is so kind and friendly and the services is outstanding.

"The bathroom is a bit disappointing, but overall

This is already my fourth visit to Masainn. The staff are always very kind and the service is excellent. Compared to last year, I noticed that the air conditioner has been replaced and the room walls have been repainted, which is a nice improvement. However, the bathroom is still in poor condition. The shower hose is very worn out, and the toilet is also quite old. Aside from that, I’m really satisfied with everything else.

Masa Inn is a nice hotel with a 5 minute walk from the main strip on Kuta Beach. However, more reasonably priced and far less noise. Hosts two very nice swimming pools that are exceptionally maintained. The staff goes out of their way to assist you. We just double parked our car with the surfboards on the car all night. We gave the keys to security. Once someone left they moved our car into a proper space. Complimentary breakfast that is ready in less than five minutes. Omelet with bacon, fresh fruit, toast, coffee, fresh squeezed fruit drink and for $1.00 more banana pancakes with local honey. For the price no comparison, your getting a $15.00 breakfast for the cost of a $26.00 room

Cet hôtel offre un petit déjeuner américain GRATUIT très copieux servi à votre table dans le restaurant ou près de la piscine! Pas besoin de faire la queue ou se faire bousculer comme dans la plupart des hôtels qui les font payer. Très bien situé à 100m Kuta plage et la rue Legean. Nombreux restaurants, supérettes à proximité. Très grande piscine (change la serviette régulièrement). Très belle chambre avec grand lit et salle de bain avec baignoire et eau chaude. Mini bar et bouilloire pour se faire une infusion devant l’écran plat qui diffuse des chaînes internationales dont le français! Room service en plus

Sängarna är jättesköna, lite mörkt i rummet, gammalt slitet badrum men rent och bra funktion. Kylskåp och vattenkokare finns. Jättebra läge och fint lugnt poolområde. Väldigt centralt men ändå tyst. Nära till flera bra billiga warungs. Trevlig personal. Lite oklart runt frukosten men det fanns fler saker att välja på vid beställning, men ingen buffé. Bott här vid flera tillfällen.

Hotel à fuir très sale, moisissures sur la couverture, mur qui Gourdol, énormément de bête dans la chambre et la salle de bain, deux lampes de chevet qui servent de lumière. La chambre est très sombre, des équipements sont moisis ou Remplis de rouille. La peinture de la baignoire sans lève , les joints sont noirs, une odeur degout dans la salle de bain qui vient constamment dans la Chambre, la seule chose de bien et la piscine grande est propre.
