The pool was old. The renovation will make the hotel so much more attractive. Hope the sauna and steam room will be bigger.

Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection. Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel. Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from. Comfortable bed, fresh spring water, large balconies. No apparent air con, but nice just to have the window tilted open. Well served by buses

Even before I arrived I was impressed ! We had travelled overnight from urban by train and asked for an earlier check in . This was confirmed some weeks before our arrival and so I was confident we were likely to be welcomed nicely upon arrival, which we were. Extremely pleasant person on check in explained everything clearly, kindly and quickly. Our room had a shared WC and shower. While I find this unusual these days in an hotel it was not an issue for us at all. The pool and jacuzzi were extremely welcome during our stay. The buffet breakfast was very kind and dining area for super relaxed, well decorated and clean. Would I recommend a stay here ? Yes however if you have mobility issues the lack of a lift may cause issues. I will happily stay here again. Thank you to team for such a great job.

Our room was very spacious! The view from our window was fantastic looking toward the town on the mountain slop. We were near the lake and could walk around it. The staff was helpful and spoke any languages. And the breakfast was good.
