「Very enjoyable stay at in a historic building. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and traditional Japanese. There were two tatami bedrooms on the second floor, and on the fist floor a comfortable sitting area, dining room with a large table and roomy seats for six, along with a functional kitchen, washer/dryer unit, and a nice deep ofuro (Japanese style bath for soaking) with separate shower for washing. 「A wonderfully authentic house 5 mins walk from Kenrokuen Gardens and Kanazawa Castle. It’s in a great residential area with a smattering of culturally interesting houses and temples hidden within. The house is impressively large with all the facilities you need (wash/dry washing machine, bath, shower, air con, microwave, coffee pod machine…). We really enjoyed this location and wished we could have stayed longer.」
