It takes 5 steps from entrance to bedding area and no railing in the outside: for me this is a safely issue for any steps higher than 2 feet without railing. When I reported the leaking issue the night I checked in, the manager said they would not be able to fix it at the time, will be the next day,...

"There was a washing machine but because in Japan everyone hang drys their clothes there is no dryer which is fine but there was no hangers to hang dry the clothes or laundry detergent. Previously at the other Grand Base we stayed in Fukuoka there was bars to hang clothes outside. "
