The spa is great, transfer service was. I’ve, staff very cordial and huge breakfast. Room was very clean and spacious and traditional. Very relaxing stay. Unazukionsen is a very nice place to visit and the Kurobe Gorge is stunning. Easy to access. Would stay again.

A new experience for me, but would stay again.

Great one night stay, I like the coin laundry on site. The bed was comfortable and it was nice that they offered a free meal.

So far, the nicest property we've stayed in on this trip. Although the room itself was quite small everything else was wonderful. Beautiful spa onsite. Laundry facilities were available and affordable. Would highly recommend this property.

The property and spa are fantastic!

The beds cover and bed sheet slide off in the night with movement, which was bothersome. The staff was very kind. Area had limited food options. Overall the rooms were clean and people were kind.

Friendly, welcoming

Very friendly and helpful staff, better English than I expected. More or less traditional ryokan, with tatami floors. The room is spacious during the day when the futons are rolled up (the staff does that for you), and the futons are very comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast included in the price of the room was excellent. Dinner was extra, but not expensive--about $25 for a first-class, elegant Japanese dinner. Great stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room was excellent with an amazing Mountain View. Full amenities and top notch service. Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect mix of made to order hot dishes along with a large spread of buffet items. The best hotel in Hakuba if you want a luxurious and relaxing experience.

The condition of the cabin is super and as described. It is super clean and have all kitchen amenities available, probably more than my own kitchen. The check in process was smooth. The host was super fast in responding to email, usually an hour. We left behind a stuffed toy and they will help us ship to our hotel in Tokyo. Excellent service, highly recommended. Will probably stay in the same place next time to Hakuba.

La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars
