This place was pretty awesome. Good location on a cozy small canal full of frogs and lush plants, the room was clean and the host was really cool. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great stay. The hotel is very centrally located and we were able to easily walk from Umeda station. Lots of small authentic eateries in the area, a Lawsons right next door and a lovely bakery a few doors down. Access to the metro is also right outside. Our room was very comfortable , not huge, but all we needed. Staff also very friendly, was able to borrow an iron and board from the front desk. Would definitely stay again.
