Staff was super nice and welcoming especially Mark who was the receptionist. Where else would you get a welcome glass of Champagne when you are checking in? Number of hotels in the US who would offer that is zero! Clean room great location and a bottle of Czech red wine. Well done!!

Well appointed apartment, really pleasant building. Great beds, very quiet at night. Lovely neighbourhood with possibly some of the best coffee going. Spoilt for choice for decent places to eat also. Wonderful base for exploring Holešovice, City Centre and the surrounding areas. Tram stops practically outside. Only criticism is the check in, as building is unstaffed relies heavily on kiosk and clear information. Kiosk is easy enough to use, once you get the hang of it, but doesn't have the most user friendly interface. Information printed on walls is incorrect, use the entire reference given (not ten digits as indicated).
