「I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early that’s crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone???」

「Room had no towels, pet hair on all the furniture. Broken rack to hang clothes. Nets everywhere. Horrible smell. Front desk lady was never in the office. Curtains were stained…..oh and have pictures to prove.」

「Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hallways were dirty, the elevator was covered in fingerprints and did not appear clean at all, and the room had several maintenance issues. The toilet was leaking, the shower head was leaking, and the exhaust fan was extremely loud. Breakfast was okay overall, but I strongly recommend avoiding the pancake machine — the pancakes were coming out raw inside. Definitely not the level of cleanliness and maintenance we expected.」
