「Close to town, easy walk. Lovely view of mountains.」

「Very nice for what we wanted to do. Mount warning closed but the camping experience for grand child was what we wanted.」

「Stayed 3 nights in Oct. Room was small, no sitting chairs, nice bath with a walk in shower. Kettle only with instant coffee, tea provided. Small fridge and hot plate all in nice condition. Review comments are real - one end of the building has bar/smoker noise, the other has the kitchen exhaust, the front has street noise. Balcony rooms are near the kitchen exhaust, which runs from 9a to nearly 9p. Balcony looks out on the wall behind building & parking lot. Close to options of beach, walking,...

「Cabin was clean and had everything you would need plus extras. Kitchen well equipped, lounge and bed very comfortable. Nice to sit outside on the veranda. Only downside was the bathroom is very small and hard to use the sink to clean teeth plus one side of the bed is against a wall. But overall a great place to stay for a few days.」

「Wanted to be in nature and this was a perfect spot for it.」

「The lovely cleaner Christine let us in one room early as we had to attend a wedding. She was very polite and helpful. We would stay there again.」

「Amazing spot, easy to walk into main street and beach. Great, helpful staff. Cabin with river view was great!」

「Room was very clean! Location is perfect, there are parking lots, a lot of restaurants near by, small town but be satisfied.」

「quiet and clean,good place to stay.」

「Friendly staff at the hotel and the pub downstairs , clean rooms , it’s an old Pub , but bed was fine .」

「Lovely property immersed in nature. They've made some additions like a wood burning fireplace. I did know that the toilet was in an outbuilding separate from the cabin about 10 steps away. In my head, I thought that the shower and the bathtub were inside the cabin, but they are also in the outbuilding. Not in the same room, but separated by a wall with separate entrances for both. The record player may have been removed to accommodate the fireplace. Fridge is a mini-fridge so it doesn't hold a...

「An excellent example of a small motel. Family run. Perfectly maintained. Friendly service.」

「No wifi No water No office stuff No room service」

「Such a restful place to stay. Could watch the changing tides and birdlife all day long. Apart from needing a car to do shopping and go on outings (which we managed to organise thanks to family), there was nothing else we needed.」
