"The view is superb. Very direct magnificent view of Mount Kinabalu. But the aceess into the resort (2km) is not proper tar road. The room is basic with all the necessary amenities and clean. "Limited accommodation options meant we picked this. We have been staying in budget accommodation so hoped that because this was more expensive we would be looked after. The staff didn't seem particularly attentive with us, and the hot water for the showers didn't work meaning that after a day of hiking we had ice cold showers. We ate in the restuarant and were ignored on multiple occasions. "
