"You can’t beat the location of this property. Staying right on the shore made this trip special. We did not have to go anywhere to enjoy great views and sunsets, yet many good restaurants (Fletcher’s Kitchen and Huggo’s On The Rocks) are an easy walk, as is town."

"My wife and i took our two adult children to Big Island this year for a family vacation. They needed their own rooms and bathrooms and Paniolo Greens was PERFECT! Very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a living room, full kitchen and balconies for each room. Had a great time and the condo was a great home base for our trip. Would stay at again for sure! "The overall experience at the hotel was good. Everything was really good and the food. The service clerk was so kind and helpful. I would only suggest to make it a little bit faster when receiving refunds or payments back to one's personal debit card and maybe to have transportation to airport to hotel.Thank you!"

"I wish the music starts from 5 and ends at 7, this is because a lot of tourists go out in the morning and won’t come back until evening. We never had a chance to listen to the music. I also wish the bistro opens until 7;30. 6pm is too early. We were not able to get food unless we drive out. "
