Washing facilities aren't part of the stay. They are an extra but not on site. Internet unreliable, buy a Hotlink sim with 25GB data for RM20. Property is newish. Pool upstairs is amazing. Carry your own towels, as apparently only 2 towels are supplied for the stay and the pool is under different management and can run out of towels too (like in the middle of the week at 11am in the morning) Worth the stay but don't accept much more than the stay. Place is airconditioned.

Hotel location is good and room was a good size and clean. That is about as good as it gets. The negative points to consider before booking here: the lift service is very poor and slow, only 4 lifts servicing 48 floors. Expect to wait 10-15 mins every time, and be jammed into a full lift. If you value your time and personal space, avoid this hotel. Inside the room, the shower has no screen so be prepared to have a fully "wet" bathroom. There is a kitchenette with kettle and a couple of pots but not much else. Don't expect coffee or tea bags. The towels provided were very thin and limp. All in all, not a great experience and would not return.
