Our room is spacious with a high ceiling and bedding is good. Best of all is the friendliness of the staff from front desk to bell boy. Easy walk to Mutiara Damansara metro station and this hotel is walking distance to two shopping centres

Good hotel within walking distance to MRT and shops. The room was clean although the air conditioning wasn’t quite efficient as it was very noisy . The staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was good with lots of choices

Polite staff, clean rooms, good location for shopping and restaurants. Breakfast time could be greatly improved, only 1 egg burned so takes ages to get eggs, coffee machine takes forever and 50% of the time only get 1/2 warm cup. And not everything is ready at 0700

During my stay, using grabs to kl bird park , midvalley , bkt btg areas cost about rm20..there are retailers like spotlight, popular book store, harvey norman, ikea, etc.... eateries like tgif, marrybrown, mcd, sukiya etc.. location wise convenient. However, the aircond at times fine at times not fine,a norm in most hotels i ever styed. Some totally just hot. This hotel i used to stay frequently, the aircond ducts probably need a service? The aircond used to be just fine. Staffs' competency is fine but a hassle a bit if didnt see the housekeeping staff around, one has to go to the lobby. D bfst is fine though more or less the same items daily. Weekend has a simple flea mwrket and the place not as crowded thus more convenient to walk around look see.

The property needs to be renovated for sure, the staffs are amazing in particular Rajie Simathri was very helpful in changing our rooms to a better ones and making our stay great. the area is nice people are friendly only the minus point is hotel needs to be renovated.

Manager was rude and didn’t show support or resolution to issue. When I checked out 1 day earlier on 9/19, when I asked for a copy of print out receipt, the manager refused. I explained the receipt would allow me to submit to Expedia for refund. The breakfast area was very smelly and noisy. I won’t recommend travelers for this hotel.
