Ksar Char-Bagh Hammam

The staff was amazing. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good. A lot of food! Our room was nice but not the nicest. It was however cool and spacious. A great retreat after a day of wondering.

What a stunning hotel! The rooms were incredible, offering an authentic Moroccan palace experience. The location, a 20-minute drive from the central hub of Marrakesh, was incredibly peaceful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the poolside restaurant offered a great selection of food options. However, our experience was slightly dampened by the dinner offerings. The hotel has only one restaurant, which is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, along with room service. During this time, the hotel was trialling a summer garden restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was of an inferior quality and disappointing. We weren’t alone in our dissatisfaction; several other guests shared similar concerns, and the hotel acknowledged that it was unsuccessful. Despite this, we were still charged full price for the meal. Room service is also closed Friday and Saturday night to force you to eat at the garden restaurant. Maybe the hotel could plan evening events or use the outdoor area for early evening welcome drinks. However, I recommend going to town on Fridays and Saturdays for dining. That being said, despite this setback, we still look forward to returning.

Great location great city unfortunately the food isn’t up to par and the pricing is off too
