「Everything great.」

「It requred a lot of efforts for small improvements such as WIFI and a refregirator. It took me three telephone calls/visits to have them fixed. For the case of the refregirator, it took half a day to solve this. This is very irritating and frustrating. I prefer a hotel where one call solves the problem immediately. 」

「Hidden gem in Vijayawada. The hotel room was good at reasonable price. The restaurant food was good and we enjoyed .. will come back to the hotel anytime 」

「This property is not what it shows in photographs or lists its various amenities. There is no parking. There is no restaurant. The hotle is literally in a small road off the main road above a Bata shop. The towels were grey in colour instead of white. The whole hotel and room were stinking. The photograph is a lie. Really disappointed. We had to find another place to stay in Vijaywada. Please don't stay here if you are a couple or a family.」

「Not that great. - For the price they charge for Suite we expect better experience. - Acs doesn’t work , boys aren’t available for complain」

「We booked for superior room ,but when we reached the property they gave us exicutive room only...it was worst down grading!! the bathroom are not clean.the water was blocked and could not bath because of it. The guy in the reception was very r7de and behaved badly when we raised all this issues!!」

「The room was not clean, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and even the hallway looked dirty and unkept. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very disappointing. I expected a much better experience, but the condition of the room and surroundings made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management seriously improves their housekeeping standards.」
