「AC thermostat shows temperature control all the way down to 7 degrees Centigrade but actually it’s not working properly… room was very hot and couldn’t sleep while night…」

「It requred a lot of efforts for small improvements such as WIFI and a refregirator. It took me three telephone calls/visits to have them fixed. For the case of the refregirator, it took half a day to solve this. This is very irritating and frustrating. I prefer a hotel where one call solves the problem immediately. 」

「Hidden gem in Vijayawada. The hotel room was good at reasonable price. The restaurant food was good and we enjoyed .. will come back to the hotel anytime 」

「It’s 2nd visit the exp is same. Rooms size is quite good, bathroom are clean before time. Minimum Toiletries &water are provided complementary. Staffs are cooperative and responsive. Location is little bit confusing wd Google map. Crowded lane. No inhouse restaurant but swiggy zomato are there. Car parking available. 」

「Booked 4 rooms for guests to a function. My review is based on their feedback. The address of the property on Expedia is wrong. There are 3 butterfly apartments managed by the same team. When our first guest reached the property at Expedia address, they redirected them elsewhere. Even that took a while as the manager seems confused. Our guest had to spend an extra hour running around on ubers before they got a room. Fortunately, I could inform my other guests of the correct location so the pain...

「It’s just a night…passing through….the plug ins to charge American pins are not working may be they put some concrete in it..we can’t insert in.its okay for Indians and one night standers…pass through.thank you.」

「This property is not what it shows in photographs or lists its various amenities. There is no parking. There is no restaurant. The hotle is literally in a small road off the main road above a Bata shop. The towels were grey in colour instead of white. The whole hotel and room were stinking. The photograph is a lie. Really disappointed. We had to find another place to stay in Vijaywada. Please don't stay here if you are a couple or a family.」

「The room was given at late night around midnight 12:45Am. So worst even When asked since it was done online they cannot do anything. This is not the place to be if u r planning to go for early darshan at the temple. I would never ever recommend or even suggest this place. 」

「The room was not clean, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and even the hallway looked dirty and unkept. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very disappointing. I expected a much better experience, but the condition of the room and surroundings made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management seriously improves their housekeeping standards.」
