The room was very clean and comfortable and convenient for the station and shopping centre. The reception is in a different building across the road so it was a bit annoying to carry my luggage there to check in.

Great location

My check in was tricky, the actual place does not have recepcionist, so it has to be done in other place. That place is very near but has another nane. No one told me that! The place itself its a great location. Galeria Krakowsky (big mall) and tram/bus at walking distance. Also it’s places right behind of a big church, an excellent reference! The bed was rather small, but that’s not a problem for me. It was the matress, which has been used by the same side forever. I turned it and it had very big spots of hongos 😵‍💫 Despite of that, everything was impecable.

I chose this place for it's proximity to the train station as I was arriving by train from Bratislava. This place surprised my with more amenities that I had expected, there was a kitchenette which I didn't think it would have but was very handy as I was able to prepare a quick breakfast. The reception desk is across the street, but easy to find. The shopping center is a block away, which is really convenient with dining options and shopping. Property is a bit old, and there was what looked like a used towel in the bathroom but we just ignored it. We stayed there for one night only.

This is an excellent place to explore Krakow from. It's a quiet area and the basic room is just enough for an individual. You get a single bed, and another single bed to use as some kind of a couch. The bathroom is effective and the desk is simple. No fridge/microwave etc access. You get what you pay for: the front desk is not very accommodating (for example, apparently an extra pillow is out of the question) and some advertised amenities are either very well hidden or overstated. Overall a pretty good deal still. Oh, don't bother the breakfast. There's an excellent bakery right across the street with much better options.

The parking is guaranteed with the hotel rental, which is one less thing to worry about. Amazing shopping mall/galleria 1/2 block away, 5min walk to the square. Pick up tours a 1/2 block away. Small hotel room but worth the price and location. Keep in mind no air conditioning if you are here in the summer you will need it !

We stayed there to visit Auschwitz museum. The property is just in front of Kracow main station where you take the bus or train for the museum directly, so it’s perfect place to choose to stay and even have a great access to the old town. Regardless of such a great location, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. I will come back here if I have a chance to be in Krakow.

The location was great, but when you are not able to get any rest, due to the condition of the mattress with its springs coming thru the mattress, not much else matters. Had to use a pillow under my back to cushion the effects of does horrible protruding springs.

Es un Aparthotel sencillo pero súper bien ubicado, si quieres cocinar tiene los elementos de cocina básicos , la recepción está en el hotel red brick ubicado en la calle justo enfrente. Lo volveré a utilizar

Niestety ale dobra lokalizacja to nie wszystko

Z plusów: bliskość dworca, sklepów i centrum miasta Lista minusów będzie dłuższa: -brak recepcji, brak obsługi -brudna i zagrzybiała łazienka, nawet dozownik mydła się lepił od brudu -bardzo niewygodne łóżka -zamiast jednego łóżka, dwa małe złączone ze sobą. To jeszcze nie problem ale jedno było minimalnie wyższe od drugiego przez co praktycznie nie da sie spac w dwie osoby. Łóżka się rozsuwały i była duża przestrzeń między nimi. -poplamiony materac -telewizor niewiele większy od tableta -dostępne tylko kanały TVP -ściany tak cienkie, że słyszałam wszystko co sie działo za ścianą. W hotelu nie ma obsługi/ recepcji więc było głośno -cena porażająco wysoko jak za tak niski standard
