We liked the breakfasts, and we had a fantastic evening meal in the restaurant one night, after getting back from an all-day excursion. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, although dominated the room somewhat.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I arrived earlier and was still able to check in. Property was clean despite the mud and slush outdoors, so high compliments to the cleaning staff. Also, thank you to front desk for suggesting prepaying for breakfast, it was a delicious spread and very many food options. Highly recommend the stay here. Plus the location is walking distance to shops and the train station. Ideal spot.

We arrived early for our booking expecting to be able to leave our bags and return later but they happily allowed us in to our rooms. The rooms are basic and clean which was exactly as we expected. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choice for everyone. My only complaint which is probably due to my lack of research is it was a little out of the town a good 15-20 mins walk which was fine but the pictures and blurb made me think we would be closer to the centre of Krakow. But all in all a good experience for all of our party.
