Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrive. The staff were wonderful; the rooms were very clean and tidy. The food was excellent. Swimming pool and children's play areas perfect. Great time for our family. Will definitely visit again.

The best family resort stay you can find in Krabi. With 2 water slides, a lazy river pool, and 2 swimming pools in your backyard. You wont even need to go to the beach! Location is great, walking distance nearby to night market, restaurants and Ao Nang beach. Definitely, coming back here again next time!

I booked a triple fantasy room for my family and it was perfect! Spacious, nice view of the pool, and room service was wonderful! The pool was refreshing and the slides were so fun for kids and adults, although the bottom of the slide ends in 1M deep water which is not very deep so be careful. Awesome location, right between the night market and Ao nang night market! Will definitely be returning!

We were very pleased with the hotel, staff and facilities. The breakfast was very different then the continental breakfast we are used to...But we found the bread selection and service with the omelett nice. We ate at the restaurant some nights and it was ok. We would stay here another time also if we come back ❤️

The staff is amazing, always cheerful and ready to help. A nice hotel with decent food for the included breakfasts. It’s right in the middle of the shopping area and near 3 beaches. The front desk helped arrange my tours at a great price and handled all the logistics. I would definitely return and would recommend this place as a good choice to stay in Aonang.

This place is awesome. Don’t hesitate to book. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had great air conditioning. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and the pools were fantastic! Just a 10-15min walk to the night market and less to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is in a great location, easy access for all of Ao Nang and around. The rooms and great with breakfast having many choices. The hotel is a little tired in places but is due a refurb and some of the areas when looking from the balconies could be tidied up. However, these are minor and with the water slides, we really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend.

Fantastic hotel

Hotel is located near the beach, in a not very busy part of the city. The hotel has three swimming pools. The service is very nice and helpful. The food is very good but after a while it becomes monotonous. We had very large, clean rooms and everything we needed was there. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. I had a nice and relaxing time there

Everything was AMAZING! the property and our room was clean. Reviews said the bottom level had dirty rooms but ours was perfect. Staff were exceptional. Would highly recommend. 7/11 in walking distance and the nightlife but quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Also the slide is fastttt :D thank you for the great stay

We had the worst experience here. Rooms have no soundproofing at all. Cleanliness was not the best. Bed was ok though. Breakfast was ok but nothing fancy. Pool area with waterslides was ok but badly outdated needing maintenance. Staff was super nice which was the only upside in this hotel.

I do wish that Thailand would do better with cleaning up the rubbish. Some tourism generated, much by locals. Everywhere. Street, rivers, beaches. Shame.

Having stayed in a number of hotels around Thailand I have to say this was very average. The pool area around the water slides was disappointing- cramped, disjointed in its design and also people openly smoking weed in the area. The 'relaxing pool' was nicer but no rules were followed regarding timings so children were often in the pool at 7am and not quietly. The hotel was noisy with people in the pool clearly heard in rooms in the early morning and the noises from corridors and other rooms could be heard. The room itself was functional and clean, a nice balcony and staff were friendly but I just didn't like the feel of this hotel. Location was good and a 10 min walk in either direction took you to the Landmark night market or the main beach strip.
