「Room is very clean and stuff are very friendly 」

「We stayed one night at this hotel in the Krabi area for a little bit of relaxation before heading to our next spot. The hotel bragged about having things available on site like breakfast that you could pay to order and a coffee bar. Upon arrival we had an incredible room, super comfortable, great bed, good air conditioning, but there's no restaurants or food available on site. You either have to grab something and have it delivered through the grab app or walk about 4 to 5 minutes down the road...

「Regarding the facilities, there is room for improvement in the plumbing. The shower water pressure was weak, and I was troubled by a constant dripping sound from the drain throughout the night. Additionally, I occasionally noticed the smell of cannabis while sitting on the balcony; I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it was a bit . However, I cannot thank the Duty Manager at the front desk, enough for her exceptional support. During this trip, I encountered two serious issues with...

「A bit far from the downtown. But good value.」

「The location of the hotel is very nice such as beside the sea, surrounded by green, close to good restaurants and music bars. Staff members were very kind and supportive including travel desk man. I would like to stay next time」
