I had a wonderful stay at Haka House Lake Tekapo.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent.
Molly at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave me a very detailed and patient introduction to the hotel, the surrounding area, and all the things to do in Tekapo. She even explained where to shop and how to get around, which was extremely helpful for a first-time visitor. Her friendly and thoughtful service really made me feel welcomed.
The hotel itself is extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The common areas and kitchen are tidy, the rooms are spotless, and everything feels modern and well organized. The location is also perfect—close to the lake, shops, and walking paths.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended
