「OMG what a wonderful trip/adventure. The boat cruised around the back waters for about 4 hours. First before we cruised they served us a wonderful lunch. Then while cruising we stopped at a fish market to buy us whatever we wanted to eat for dinner. I bought 6 giant prawns that they cooked up for me in addition to the other chicken dish we had for dinner. Delish!! Vacation time well spent.」

「there were three crews but the service was really limited. They even didn't swipe the table. There was no hot water in the shower, it was rainy cold day. AC was not controlable, only on or off. I think the staff didn't check properly what is missing and should be prepared before departure. We bought some tiger prawns to cook on the boat, we asked to cook non spicy so that our small kids can eat, but it was very spicy.hotel discription says there is free wifi, but when I asked for it, the staff...

「These houseboats are not the ones featured in the pictures. It was a different company from the advertised Northstar, it is rather Coco houseboats. The first boat offered to us was awful with no comfortable seating area and the bedrooms were dismal with dirty linen. We complained and were given a second larger boat with marginally better seating, however on inspection of the bedrooms we were appalled by the state of the bedroom. 「The food on the trip was amazing. We were able to stop and the purchase king prawns and fish and the staff fried it for us. The boat was clean and had been recently refurbished. The owner was responsive to our emails. The trip was overall an enjoyable experience for our family. It's great to see the life along the communities as you slowly move along the back waters.」

"国か州の法律で決まっているのかもしれないが、併設されたモールの閉店が22時でホテル内のバーも23時には閉まるのでお酒が飲めないのが残念でした。スタッフの方々はみな愛想もよく親切で、よく雑談もしたし、ホテル外のおすすめレストランも教えてくれました。"
