We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to , which they would cook and serve for dinner but it was undercooked / very poorly prepared.

Boat Captain was so polite and well behaved. He know when to interact with the occupant and not. Food items prepared by the cook was so amazing that my children started to love Vegetarian. He prepared a fabulous Curry Meen fry and chicken curry during the trip. An important thing i want to share here is, this Boat House package itself a compliment for me and my family by Expedia to compensate the unethical and ruthless denial of accommodation by Baywatch Beach Resort Thugs after payment and confirmation. We are thankful to expedia for giving us relief when conned by Baywatch Beach Resort rowdies

Expecting more.. Like bed room bad should more comfortable, a/c is working from 9pm to 6am only, No paid ala-card menu in resturent (only fix menu eatables decided by owner).... Etc

Nice views from an OK boathouse

The boathouse is far from what is advertised and described. Although the staff were friendly and courteous, they could not make for the poor condition of the boat house. The stay became uncomfortable, when they turned of the AC after midnight. The rooms appeared overused and badly maintained. The boat took us around for short sail and anchored at the shore near the port. Bur for the views, it would have been a huge disappointment.

Over-priced

We rented two rooms, both of which were badly furnished. The house boat is anchored near a shore most of the time and navigates for about 1 hour for the entire trip. The served food is below average. The rooms are supposedly air-conditioned but they are turned on only by 10:00 p.m. and turned off after mid-night. The room was stuufy and hot all night. In summary, this is over-priced and poor value.
