"Nice new property with good size rooms, balcony and pool. Some ongoing construction works were quite noisy for brief periods in the morning. The kitchen is quite basic but has a stove and kettle. Car access was very difficult from Kotor tunnel road, so I would advise entry via road up from Tivat airport instead. Really stressful drive every time until we found an alternative route up to the property. Fairly easy to find on maps app."

"The apartment was amazing, I would recommend to anyone looking at going to Montenegro. It was 10 minutes from kotor & Tivat, and 30 minutes from Budva. The location was perfect and the view from the room (sea view) was the best view ever! The staff were amazing, so helpful with standing taxis or just being there for any questions you had, if you’re looking at staying in kotor or surrounding areas then please check them out "

"I travelled with my mom. Lovely room in a very old but still very comfortable beautiful old town building! Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Also a short walk to the beach and the shopping centre. Shower was hot and with a good pressure. Only complaints I’d have are with the toilet, as the seat wasn’t properly attached and the whole thing was very tightly placed, so any non normal weight person would have problems sitting down. Also the hand soap pump bottle was broken....

"This was a superb apartment situated just outside of the Old town Kotor, with a great view of the Adriatic. They communicated well and the place is very clean. I will caution those that are above 6'0" though as the bathroom is a little small. Apart from that, it was a superb apartment and a great stay"

"DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. "The best thing about this property is the location. On a lovely part of the bay, it’s close to restaurants, groceries, and a bakery. The view from the pool area is perfection. However, this condo is on the back side of the property and only has peek-a-boo views from the unit. There is also an odor in the unit - maybe cigarettes, maybe damp. Once I aired the place out, the smell was tolerable. "

"The owner James communicated incredibly well and gave excellent recommendations and advice. The comprehensive info pack was useful. Jadranka and Voja who live beneath the apartment were lovely. "It was very difficult to communicate air conditioning in the ground floor was poor and the two bedrooms there was none kitchen poorly equipped no wine glasses jug not working small oven with only two hot plates on top. Very steep driveway and taxis had problems finding the apartment inadequate linen and towels. The apartment not registered for local tourist tax witch can get you a 200 eu fine"
