First of all, Danijela and her family were amazing! Friendly, helpful and always available and attentive to our needs. Second, their apartment is perfect! Perfect location, modern amenities and amazing views! Definitely recommended!

A fantastic stay in Kotor. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our host was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond by accommodating a later checkout when our driver was delayed. The location was excellent—about a 10–12 minute walk to Old Town Kotor. The route includes a moderate incline with a combination of sidewalks and some stairs, which was not an issue for us and rewarded us with a quieter setting away from the crowds. Everything was exactly as advertised, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to future guests.

Very convenient location with very helpful host, and extremely efficient in communication, once we gave the heads up on approx. arriving time, she sent her son waiting in front of the property, guided us to the parking spot, and helped us the carry both luggage to the apartment. The apartment is in great shape, with all amenity needed for a comfortable stay, convenient store is just 150 meters away, and it is only 10 minutes walk to the old town, passing through the lake, which also lined up with restaurants and cafes. Absolutely recommended.

Perfect location

This apartment is situated in the perfect location - a short walk away from the old town and Kotor beach. It’s so comfortable and clean, and Danijela was quick to respond to any queries we had about the apartment and Kotor during our stay.

Fin och fräsch lägenhet. Ganska mycket trafik utanför men hördes mest när balkongdörren var öppen och inte när den var stängd. Promenadavstånd till Gamla Stan vilket var mysigt. Enda nackdelen var att det inte fanns reception och att en del kontakt skedde via WhatsApp. Nu hade jag som tur var internet även utan wifi men hade jag inte haft det hade det varit mycket bökigare då man ska höra av sig innan så de kan möta upp en. Bortsett från det var det absolut bra läge. Ett plus att sängen och bäddsoffan inte var i samma rum. Många toalettartiklar fanns också vilket var ett stort plus!

The apartment was spotless. Great location. It was our first holiday with a baby (7 months old) and they provided travel cot and highchair. Communication was exceptional - made that aspect of travelling with a baby very easy and reassuring. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and recommending to a friend.

These apartments are beautiful and the property manager and her son could not have been more helpful. I was sick and they took me to a doctor and a pharmacy. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the old town and some people may not like that but having the spacious apartment, free parking, and the most gracious hostess far outweighs the short walk. Please support these owners. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

We had a fantastic stay at Solaris Lux in Kotor. Dejan, Danijela and their son were superb hosts who went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend to families and couples. The location is perfect for exploring Kotor which was magical.

Appartement super propre et confortable. Tous les équipements nécessaires. Hôte très sympathique et disponible, qui nous a donné pleins d'indications et conseils pour notre séjour. A 15min à pieds du centre et en face de la mer. Place de parking sécurisé et gratuit! Bref une seule nuit pour nous mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps tant ce fut agréable !

The property is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach, the market, restaurants and the old town area. The property was very nice and clean, with a nice view. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. They provided us with a lot of useful information. They also accommodated us by allowing us to keep the apartment an extra hour so we could have enough time to return from our tour. We had a wonderful experience.

Enjoyed our stay at Solaris Lux May '25. Danijela tries very hard to make things as good as they can be, and always responds quickly to any communication. Property is under 10 minute walk to Kotor old town with plenty of restaurants and takeaways or supermarkets. Have no hesitation recommending this property.

We stayed with our 2 year old toddler, the host kindly provided both baby chair and cot for us. Theres plenty of room for him to run around and play. The location was perfect, close to the sea promenade with resturants and a kids playground for our son to play in after dinner. There's also a sizable supermarket that's a short walk to get water and groceries for our breakfast (which the kitchen had everything we needed). Its also a very easy walk to Kotor old town, so you don't have to navigate through the traffic and parking. There's about 15 steps along the way, but other than that it was easy in a stroller. Check-in was easy, with the host's son talking through everything I wrote about above when he met us on arrival. He also kindly helped us with the city tourist tax. Check out was even easier, dropped the keys and off we went. It was a very comfortable stay, the host provided everything, toiletries, cleaning, towels (including beach towels), deteregent for clothes washer and air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Best of all theres a view of the bay! Overall great 3 nights stay! Thank you so much!

Better to stay here if you are renting a car as you should if you visit Montenegro to go around the other cities aside from Kotor. The place is so big, the owners are very accommodating as well. Everything is given to you inside the room. 5 stars.

This place is very new, modern and clean. Unfortunately, the Kotor traffic is right outside the window. This make it difficult to enjoy the balcony and the windows are not sound proof. For a few days it’s highly recommended as free parking is amazing and the Kotor old town is reachable by foot
