"幼い子ども２人を含む４人で利用しました。ホテル内はとても綺麗でしたが、ボディーソープのポンプ部分が汚れていたのだけが少し気になりました。あと空調が全館一括管理ということでした。部屋の中が少し暑く温度を下げたかったのですが、暖房しか作動せず、幼い子がいたので窓は開けたくなかったのですが、窓を開けるしかなかったのが残念でした。体感温度は個々に違うと思うので、部屋ごとに冷房暖房を切り替えれたらよかったなと感じました。"

"This was our favorite place that we stayed at in Japan. The host is extremely communicative, friendly and so accommodating. He was at the location when we checked in and gave us a tour of the home. The home was clean and organized. We were really impressed with the level of detail and helpfulness from the host. We would definitely recommend staying there. "I stayed here two nights recently as a solo female traveler. The hotel is walking distance to the Kurashiki train station, which is a plus. Room was very compact but spotlessly clean. Linens provided are minimum - one pillow, one body towel, wash towel, etc. but they left an extra set of all towels on my door the next day. The room is perfect if all you are looking for is a nice, clean place to sleep, which I was. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel."

"The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us. The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need. The free ice cream at the end of the onsen was the cherry on top. A great free washing machine."
