「Very nice comfortable rooms (superior). Nice communal areas and all very clean.Only negative is that the drinks and snacks are a bit expensive, and not great quality.」

「Der Pool ist einzigartig, wobei ich das Meer immer bevorzuge. Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen am Abend im Hauptrestaurant ist schwach es fehlen die Highlights und die Atmosphäre ist leider nicht so schön (sehr große Halle). Das Frühstück war top und man konnte draußen Frühstücken. Das Mediterrane Restaurant war super konnte aber nur einmal gebucht werden. Das Essen in der Stadt KOS 10 Minuten mit dem Bus ist jedenfalls romantischer und hat mehr flair. 」

「Das Resort ist ein Traum – makellos sauber, modern und in jeder Hinsicht luxuriös. Die Pools sind fantastisch, der separate Kinderspielbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet und verfügt über Kinderbecken und einen Spielplatz, separate Bereiche für Kleinkinder und eine tolle Animation. Die Abendshows (auch für Kinder) sind sehr angenehm, der Strand ist schön, das Frühstück am Strand unglaublich entspannend... Volle Punktzahl, ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!」

「please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you...

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which really made our holiday special. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!」

「Good hotel overall. Staff obviously overworked and there isn’t enough. Ordering drinks takes a long time and queues at dinner in particular. A la carte restuarants are better than buffet, but again very slow service. A couple of very good staff, and the rest seem like they haven’t been here much. Pool bar staff and cleaners are real positive. I would recommend. 」
