"We booked at the last minute after being stranded in Kos due to the recent air traffic control incident. We were tired & stressed & hoping to spend the day relaxing by the pool before our rescheduled flight. However, there is loud music EVERYWHERE in this resort (I know, we’re old!). It would be nice to have a pool area with no music for people who prefer a more chilled vibe. The food is unremarkable but plentiful - you definitely won’t starve here. The rooms are clean but need a bit of TLC (we had no warm water in the shower in the morning - lukewarm in the evening). The gardens and flowers around the resort are lovely & the staff are super friendly & helpful. Best suited for those looking for a lively resort atmosphere. It was a port in a storm for us - & we were grateful for it."

"Hotel ideally placed for travel to kos town via a local bus service, facilities at hotel limited to the pool area, but did gave access to neighbouring hotels that were part of the same chain. Evening entertainment was hit and miss, some nights worked others didn't and you felt empty and left early. Reception staff a bit flippent about finding nearby places not realising tourists don't know the area, how are we expected to know how to get to places be humble and more polite. Buffet selection a bit predictable for meals after a few days didn't really push the boat out at weekends"

"We in fact stayed for 7 nights due to booking confusion with change of airline flight date/time. Late arrival & check in but pleasent to find cooked food selection and drinks available even at 11:30pm in buffet restaurant. Positive start. Room 612 overlooking quiet swimming pool area away from main block. Rooms spacious , clean & amenities with mini bar filled daily. Hotel has lovely facilities, welcome & courteous staff across all areas , recep, dining, bar etc. Two theme restaurants, Italian in our opinion excellent, Meat disappointingly average. Main buffet excellent alround , breakfast, lunch & dinner. Bars offer pleasant cocktails which creates waits , spirits are ok but not full strength nor premium. Beer & wine ok. Hotel beach a big disappointment even with pitta gyros station & bar. Hotel is a good 45m-1 hr walk into Kos Town (well worth visiting). Hotel do provide a free cycle tour in once a week which was good. Walking round area not a lot to see other than wetlands area which we believe hosts flamingos but not when we visited. Overall the hotel is a big all inclusive perhaps more suited for families , entertainment and pool use given remoteness. It was getting busier as we left and can see how it becomes a churn but for us in early season was a welcome break. Nothing detrimental to say other than wouldn’t visit as a couple in height of season. "
