"The staff were very attentive, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Self service breakfast had a huge choice however, hot drinks service was a little hit & miss! Us brits like our tea, so how this is served could be improved for example - hot water/tea bags in a teapot for one/or two rather than in a very small cup! Food menu was good but very expensive for what it was, hence we only ate in a couple of times. We enjoyed exploring local restaurants instead. Our room was absolutely wonderful: private pool & a sea view, just spectacular & the most comfortable bed we've slept in within a hotel. The hot drinks comment would not stop us going back to this really wonderful hotel & the exceptional staff. Didn't want to go home!!"

Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and I will highly recommend anyone to stay here. "Best hotel in Kos! Everything was amazing, and the service stood out. The staff was beyond friendly and took the time to help find us local dinner reservations, walk us through things to do on the island, and answer our many questions. Maria was so kind! I did not get the name of the other girl at reception, but she was also so helpful! The atmosphere and amenities were top tier. We decided to upgrade to the room with the private hot tub which was very much worth it. The breakfast was also top notch. Worth every penny and would stay here again if we return to Kos. "
