"The room was clean and quiet and bigger than the typical Tokyo hotel room. There was a variety of breakfast options including yakult and vitamin supplements for those over 18. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The free airport shuttle was very convenient. The hotel was surrounded by a garden and the view from our room was lovely. There is also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor. Overall, highly recommended especially if you need an overnight stay prior to your flight the next day via Narita airport."

"Make sure you include their breakfast buffet when booking your room. It's worth it! Only complaint was lack of any nearby walking distance restaurants/shops. But with their free shuttle we were able to visit a mall and had takeout from there. That shuttle is wonderful as we also took advantage of it to/from Narita airport. Room very clean although some furnishings are looking a little worn. Staff was easy to understand (we're from US) and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Would stay here again, especially for free shuttle availability."

"We had a one night stay before we had to head to narita airport. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, we were provided excellent service. The staff were attentive and there was great attention to detail. The property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and reflects the Japanese culture. The Japanese breakfast was intricate and delicious. It was a great way to end an amazing vacation. We would highly recommend making this with your entry or exit to Japan. Since it wasn’t high tourist season, we had Naritasan park at dusk to ourselves. "
