"Mr. Hong is wonderful to work with and everything went smoothly. This is a detached house in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is what my wife and I wanted to experience in Japan.It's spacious with a nice-sized living room and a full-sized kitchen/dining area. Note that the third floor has two of the bedrooms but the bathrooms are only on the first and second floor."

"Granbell Hotel Shinjuku provided us pleasant experience during our stay. We stayed for five days, enjoying a breakfast that was both good and reasonably priced. Our room was cleaned daily, staff were accommodating and had helped us booked a taxi going to the airport! "
