    If you want to maximize your tropical enjoyment, this ocean-view studio offers just that. The exterior wall is all glass with a large slider opening onto a spacious lanai. The sun rises over Prince Kuhio Park warming the lanai for that morning cup of coffee.

    Enjoy the sparkling Pacific Ocean and Haupu Mountain views over Prince Kuhio Park. Feel like a refreshing swim? Choose between the shimmering blue pool set in a lush tropical Hawaiian garden that includes a waterfall and the beautiful Pacific Ocean just across the road.

    Check out our Koi pond or take a few steps to enjoy the beach. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and, if you enjoy grilling, check out the exceptional barbecue near the pool. You may want to visit some of Kauai's farmer's markets (also called Sunshine Markets) for the island's freshest produce.

    Nearby Old Koloa Town and Poipu Shopping Village offer shops and dining.

    Activities nearby include golfing, sailing, tennis, hiking, bicycling, surfing, horseback riding and scuba diving.

    Prince Kuhio is open and guest-ready, with power, hot water, and the pool functioning.
    Please be aware that the complex and surrounding area sustained damage from Hurricane Lowell. The main road and entrance were impacted by heavy rain, water, and waves, and cleanup, repairs, and recovery work are ongoing.
    Guests should expect to see recovery crews, construction equipment, and areas of active repair. Please drive cautiously, follow posted signs and directions, and give workers and equipment plenty of space.
    We are continuing to monitor conditions and update our website as recovery progresses.

What a lovely place to stay! It is not new and "fancy", but clean and comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need, including beach chairs, towels, a cooler and ice packs. Plenty of fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even detergent for the on site laundry room. The pool and grounds are lovely and it is very quiet (except for the morning roosters!) The view from the balcony is amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Aside from one of 4 stove burners being bent, and the screen door deadbolt being bent the place was great. Adequate kitchen, bath & furniture. Pleasant balcony, & not facing the ocean directly, so wind & rain did not blow in, and a nice breeze moved the air in the room, along with the great ceiling fan. Good location too.

Amazing little studio condo on the ocean.

Everything about this property was perfect for my wife and I. Beautiful views of the ocean off of the Lanai. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the condo served all of our needs above and beyond. The pool area was really nice as well.

My Wife & I had a great time, this place was perfect for the two of us. Very clean & had everything you need. Pool area was nice to relax around & enjoy while not at the beaches. definitely would stay there again. Mahalo !

Nice room with kitchen got everything wr needed.

Location: Car needed,restaurant opposite and small beach. 4 min drive to shopping centre.10 mins to Poipu & turtle beach.Room: 2 flights up no lift.clean plesant block.Nicely furnished.view of sea.clean.didnt need anything else supplied .comfy bed.enjoyed our stay .

We had the best experience with this rental. It was very well stocked for all of our needs. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We were also impressed with the quantity of linens in the property (including beach towels). They also have very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use. I was a little worried about parking upon arrival, until we found the covered garage next door. It was just as close as the parking lot in the condo and it felt like very secure parking as there were always security guards monitoring the property. The location was excellent! We had the best experience snorkeling at Lawa'i Beach right across the street. We saw six sea turtles at once and it was a truly magical experience. We also enjoyed walking across the street to the Beach House Restaurant for dinner and we also just walked across to see the sunset. The location was very convenient location to get to our booked excursions, to our visit to Waimea Canyon, and to the other restaurants in the Poipu area. Overall, I thought the condo was better than the pictures showed and we would definitely stay here again! It was such an enjoyable stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Great place

This place is a great place to stay, especially if it’s just you and your spouse. Not far from great food and beaches. The shower was really difficult to use, either boiling hot or cold, but other than that it was great! Highly recommend

The AC window unit is very old and extremely loud. It is positioned right at the top on the bed where our heads lie. We would not stay here again unfortunately. The location was nice and the room was clean.

Affordable, great condo for our stay in Poipu

This property worked very well for our stay in the Poipu area. The property was affordable and clean. The condo pool was great for us and the access to the Lawai beach was easy. It was a great place to snorkel and watch the boogie board classic that occurred while we were there. The nearby Poipu beach offered boogie boarding and kid-friendly activities. Overall, this condo was exactly what we wanted and needed for our week-long stay.

Older property but everything I hoped for. clean, quiet for the most part, convenient location, accommodating. Due to a flash flood lost hot water last four days, but we adjusted. Would definitely recommend.

Nice piece of heaven

Great place to relax. Enjoyed snorkeling right in front. The pool was wonderful. We used the BBQ a few times, best steaks ever! We never used the tv, it was a little complicated and unnecessary. Our only complaints are dull knives and cold with no water pressure or scalding shower.
