Pleasantly surprised! Close to everything!

My husband and I enjoyed the secure building, ample parking, the pool, and the beach next door with shops and restaurants just down the street. Leilani the property manager was attentive and friendly.

When we checked in, we found out we were on the third floor. The elevator was broken. I had just had foot surgery within the last three weeks and had just been hospitalized for a week 10 days prior to our arrival. Third floor without an elevator was not an option. Luanne at the front desk did find us a first floor room with a working elevator. When we got into the room, we found the sleeping arrangements would not accommodate the four of us. They ended up putting us in two rooms for four of the five nights. Originally they were going to charge us for the second room, but then comped us for the second room- we did all have to stay on the third floor, without an elevator, for our last night. Luanne and Sandy were wonderful! Very thankful that they could get my daughter and myself on the first floor room.

Adult only pool, Great sunsets and view. Really nice breakfast. Would definitely stay at outrigger resorts again there andelsewhere.

Me and my family had a wonderful time. Great property and location. Condo was very nice. Mahalo!
