Great location, old fashioned hotel

Good value and location with direct access to the beach. The staff are very polite. Room quite old fasioned and bed mattress quite hard. Its very dark at night so best to use a torch to get back to the room. Overall for the price i paid i liked it and would go back again.

Hotel de plus en plus délabré au fil des années, accueil plus que moyen, porte de chambre qui ne ferme plus, douche qui ne fonctionne pas, transat vétuste, petit-déjeuner pas bon, fuites partout dans le hall, hôtel en chantier de rénovation aucune information à ce sujet. À ÉVITER AU MOINS POUR UNE ANNÉE !!!!!!! Dommage car pourrait être un endroit magique

Helt ok boende, dock lite slitet. Lite för hårda sängar. Stora rum.Vi hade problem med varmvatten, eller saknaden av varmvatten, i duschen. De försökte fixa i flera dagar, sista dagen fanns det iaf lite varmt vatten. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ok frukost.

Es hat uns prima gefallen!Alles was man braucht ist da!der Strand ist wunderschön und sauber,das Wasser ruhig und keine riesen Wellen,keine Steine Wasserschuhe werden nicht gebraucht. Das Personal ist nur am lächeln und sooo freundlich! Die Zimmer sind zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wer will im Paradies schon im Zimmer sitzen;) Für uns überhaupt kein Problem! Das Essen ist super! Sollte man mal Lust auf etwas anderes haben kann man alles vor der Tür finden! Die Fruchtshakes auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite sind der Hammer! Wir sind noch ein paar Tage auf einer andere Insel und haben uns die letzten Tage auf der Rücktour das Hotel noch offen gelassen,weil wir uns hier aber so wohl gefühlt haben,haben wir uns hier direkt wieder eingecheckt! Wenn wir wieder herkommen sollten,würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier herkommen!

サムイ島に朝到着の便だったので、チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただこうとホテルに向かったのですが、その場で掃除を早く終わらせてチェックイン対応をしていただけました。ウェルカムドリンクも用意していただきました。お風呂に入れてスッキリして観光で出かけられました。部屋は広く、スタッフの方は皆さん、笑顔が多く親切で心地の良い滞在ができました。

Ett fantastiskt ställe som vi bott på tidigare. Läget vid en fin och inte överbefolkad strand gör det ett utmärkt ställe för barn. Omgivningen i övrigt har ett lagom utbud med varor och tjänster. Den enda anmärkningen är den kombinerade duschen/badkaret, lite omständlig att använda.

對一個三星級度假村來說算是乾淨舒適的。因蘇美島的水壓偏低所以熱水很難調整到適合的溫度，這點無法苛求於渡假村。但度假村中擁有獨立的游泳池，也與其他更高級渡假村使用同一片沙灘，出門即有便利商店和街邊餐廳、小吃的優勢，即可彌補硬體老舊的缺點。

Hotel on the beach but room old and big reaches in the room 😨 The night audit very friendly cleaned but we were still afraid and we noted that the room wasn't clean very well ! Tub with dificult access The reception s staff was horrible and they don't give us any information , for every question the answer was " don't know " Until how much time for big Buddha or for Chaweng beach ... they don't know , because they don't want !! Expect the chef réception may be more friendly Exterior are beautiful and swimming pool too Breakfast buffet was very good Well we don't recommend this hotel for the rooms !

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is in bad need of repair and modernization. Everything is really old and peeling and rusty (my bathroom faucet). The pool and lounge chair furniture are old and some are ripped. The room does not have enough natural light and the lights are dark, which didn’t help. The bathroom was especially dark bcs not enough lighting.

Amazing apartments with every luxury thought of, beach bags, welcome hamper, beach towels, free airport transfers, free bike hire. Great local places to eat on the doorstep. The only downside was the lack of beach, sand made of coral and sea not accessible. We visited in low season and getting a cabana on the beach was no problem in peak season it may prove difficult as there are only 4 and no other parasols or shade! The staff we lovely and very helpful.

Quirky Hotel in a great location on Choeng Mon Bea

We had booked a deluxe room for our 2 week stay, on arrival we were given an up grade to an executive suite. The room was large but quirky, always expected Laura Croft to appear with the Ankor Wat type decor, pillars and mouldings which is the theme of the hotel and perhaps why the crumbling facade and broken carvings are deliberate rather than through lack of maintenance. Good location on the beach, with free sun beds, Family Mart and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly, house keeping and WIFI were excellent, struck it lucky with the room on hearing gripes about their room condition from fellow guests. Breakfast was poor, with what was on offer being dependent on the staff on duty. Rooms are in blocks located either side of a central pathway, standard rooms and suites located on the ground floor and Deluxe rooms being on the upper floor. We had struck it lucky with getting the room upgrade as we would have struggled accessing our original choice of room due to the steep stairs, 16 + steps. There were no handrails fitted and lighting was non existent apart from the Chinese type lanterns along the central pathway. If elderly or physically impaired my advice would be you to go for the cheaper standard room or more expensive suites. On hindsight think our upgrade was due to the receptionist noticing my wife had a problem getting up the front steps to the reception on arrival for which we really grateful.

Charmantes Hotel mit einigen kleinen Defiziten

Generell handelt es sich hier um ein nettes Hotel, dass direkte Strandlage hat. Und bietet dort auch direkt Möglichkeiten für Thaimassagen. Die Liegen sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool haben hier oder da einige Mängel. Die Anlage gleicht einem Dschungel. Alles ist sorgfältig aber dicht bepflanzt. Wir hatten eines der unteren Zimmer, diese sind zwar sehr geräumig bekommen aber nicht gerade viel Tageslicht. In den meisten Fällen ist man ja eh nur zum Schlafen dort, demnach sollte das jetzt nicht gerade ausschlaggebend sein. Das Bad ist ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte dringend eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Zwar ist es recht geräumig allerdings tropfte es in der letzten Nacht von der Decke. Vermutlich die Dusche aus dem oberen Zimmer. Ausserdem roch die Bettdecke recht muffig. Das Frühstücksbuffet gibt es am Pool mit Blick auf den Strand. Es handelt sich um ein typisches interkontinentales Frühstück, dass aber vollkommen ausreicht.

Beautiful inexpensive hotel on a great quiet beach

We had a very pleasant 2-week stay here. The staff has always been very friendly and anxious, the location is perfect, everything important can be reached quickly. We only used the breakfast buffet once. If you eat breakfast in a hotel in Thailand, it's your own fault. In the neighborhood are enough possibilities to eat tasty and inexpensive. Chaweng City is 15 minutes away by motorbike if you want to go to the dirty stinking city with a beach not even half as beautiful. ;)
