Dangerous and dirty.

Where to we start. Stay away at all cost. Upon arrival the one of the staff were picking her feet on the desk. We had the keys threw at us. To open the door on room there was a padlock on the outside this meant that you could not lock the whilst you are inside. On entering the room we were overpowered by the smell of urine and seemed to some rodent activity. The wardroab doors had been chewed and there were dropping in the bathroom and inside the wardrobe. The fridge did not work and appeared not to have been used for some time as it was full of mold. TV had bare wires instead of a plug, the fan over the headboard of the bed was hanging off the wall, bare wire hanging down a risk of electrocution or choking whilst in bed. Just one dirty blanket on the bed and the bathroom was dirty where we found cockroaches running around. The grounds are not maintained (nothing is like the photos advertised). We went to reception with our concerns but the staff were not interested. Please stay away. Very dangerous and dirty. Lee and Tracy Shaw.

Friendly atmosphere in a quiet area

A really nice place, with very friendly staff. My partner and I both very much liked the separate little bungalow we stayed in, and it was very nice to have the restaurant on site for when we didn't want to venture too far (or were rained in). All of the staff were really lovely and helpful, and the food was excellent. There is a beach nearby, though not the best swimming beach on the island. Mae Nam is close-ish though (walkable if you're keen), and there are some great places to eat that feel a lot more authentic than some of the tourist areas. I would recommend hiring a scooter or a car if planning on staying here for more than a couple of days however, as it is a little too far away from a lot of the things you may want to see.

Ruhig gelegene Anlage mit freundlichem Personal

Sehr schön gelegene Bungalow Anlage 200m von einem sehr schönen, nicht überlaufenem Strand entfernt. Es gibt einige Restaurants (auch deutsch) die zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Herdplatte und Toaster gibt es auch. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und stört auch in der Nacht nicht. Wer sich ins Nachtleben stürzen will, ist hier allerdings fehl am Platze. Ich bekam ein Studio direkt am Pool, obwohl ich eigentlich einen der billigeren Einzelbungalows gebucht hatte. Meine Befürchtung, dass es hier etwas laut zugehen würde, bewahrheitete sich nicht. Da muss man natürlich auch Glück mit den anderen Gästen haben. Chef, Chefin und das Personal waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn es mal ein Problem mit dem Türschloss oder der Dusche gab, wurde das sofort repariert. Zimmerreinigung findet nur alle 4-5 Tage statt. Aber die Reinigungskraft ist ständig auf dem Gelände unterwegs. Wenn man mal Handtücher oder Toilettenpapier braucht, nur ansprechen und man bekommt es sofort. Obwohl der Vater des Chefs gestorben war und am Abreisetag alle auf der Trauerfeier waren, klappte der Transfer zum Flughafen einwandfrei. Ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Хороший отель, море рядом, пляж шикарный. Есть бассейн,нам не пригодился. Понравился вид из окна, территория отеля.Хорошее кафе при отеле,готовят вкусно. Рядом массажный салон,массаж замечательный! В общем понравился,бюджетный и красивый. Недостатки: не было уборки ни разу,мусор не выносили,воду не ставили. В день отъезда,пока ходили на пляж наши вещи вынесли на улицу, и заселили других гостей,хотя выезд до 12, в 11 уже не смогли зайти с пляжа чтоб переодеться.

Отличный отель за разумные деньги.

Отличный отель недалеко от детского пляжа. Жили в номере с вентилятором, есть холодильник чайник. Можно спокойно позавтракать дома мюслями и йогуртом из соседних магазинов. + сварить яйца в чайнике Хозяйка разложила кровать на две части, так что получилось две двухспальные кровати, для двоих взрослых и двух мелких детей не тесно. Без кондиционера вполне нормально, не жарко. В шаговой доступности есть и магазины и кафешки. Есть правда некоторые проблемы с обслуживанием номеров, мусор приходилось отность в бак самим, но для меня это не проблема.
