Beautiful rooms, warm and welcoming staff. The decor is beautiful, feels much more welcoming than a standard hotel. You will love your stay here.

When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable. It took us about 5 - 7nminutes to reach the nearest underground station. The breakfast offered at the hotel was enjoyable. Although the plates were small, there was a good selection of food available. The staff were helpful and friendly. Even though it was early June and the hotel didn't have air conditioning, we felt comfortable during our stay because they provided an electric fan in the room. The only downsides were that the bathroom was a bit dark for my liking, and the linen was somewhat rough. Additionally, the pillows were flat, which made them a bit uncomfortable.

This was a great hotel to stay at for our first time in Czechia. The staff was wonderful and helped us get better oriented with the building and the area. They offer water to fill up your bottles, which we needed since we were walking a lot to tour the city. The property is located in a great part of the town and within walking distance of some areas of interest plus a variety of restaurants and a shopping mall. There is also a grocery store should you need/want some supplies.The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely book tis property again.

Unfortunately, the hotel had several shortcomings that negatively affected our stay. There was no hand soap in the room, and although housekeeping came every day, it was never replenished. There were also no power outlets near the bed, which was quite inconvenient. The bedside lamps had damaged cables and flickered, which did not feel either safe or comfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning in our attic room, which barely worked. The temperature in the room never dropped below 25°C (77°F), even at night, making it very difficult to sleep. It was also disappointing that basic toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner were not provided. On the positive side, the room was clean, and toilet paper was replenished regularly. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options and plenty of food available. Overall, the stay could have been much more enjoyable if the hotel paid greater attention to basic room amenities and the maintenance of its facilities.
