Room was a great size and quiet. Staff were excellent. Water in shower didn’t get quite hot enough but was sufficient. Pillow was not good and bed was hard, woke up with a stiff neck. Would recommend but bring your own pillow.

HOTEL UNIVERSAL PORT

Easy checkin, clean room, great staff. Location is across the street from USJ, part of the CityWalk. Train station is just outside the hotel, next to CityWalk.

Kobe Portopia Hotel
The room was dirty, very obvious stains, and hair in obvious places. Was not thoroughly cleaned. Bathtub was dirty to the point I did not want to take a bath in it. The bed was clean though.
