"Good location."

"The hotel is centrally located in Ao Nang Beach around ample restaurants, bars, laundry facilities, and the beach. The room was comfortable but the housekeeping could have been more attentive to things needed in the room. Also, there was construction taking place during our stay that meant loud drilling for hours starting at 9 am for several days. Would have been good to know about this in advance. Otherwise, a solid choice for a Short term stay."

"Room was clean and modern , great free shuttle service from airport, enjoyed free. Bikes we used going down to beach , great for our two nights and used shuttle back to airport for our trip to Ko Samui "

"The hotel is very near to Ao Nang beach. The infinity pool at the rooftop has a nice view."

"We stayed for 6 nights and our experience was great, principally the support from the staff. We got an upgrade and awesome gift due to our anniversary. Special heads up for Nolon from the front desk, for her great support during our stay. Only improvement area can be to increase food variety in the breakfast buffet, we felt it was almost the same every 2 days. Besides that, we would definetely come back to this hotel if we ever return to Krabi."

"No issues whilst staying here, rooms were clean and toiletries provided. Given we were in a family room, 4 cups and glasses should have been provided rather than just the 2. Bottles of water provided too."

I always stay a week, and I’m never disappointed from the moment you step off the airplane to the moment you’re back on the mainland, the staff are just amazing. I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same.
