I would especially like to recognize Celine , Paul and a 3rd Filipino young lady ( she assisted us during check in ), she was patient , attentive and made sure that we were settled in comfortably. I apologize I did not catch her name . Paul ensured that all our questions were answered and our needs were met . He was always pleasant , approachable and professional . Celine went above and beyond by helping us plan our trip to Phi phi island which turned out to be the highlight of our visit . Their warmth and dedication truly made us feel like a valued customer ."
