「ホテル到着とともに従業員さんが笑顔とウェルカムドリンクで迎えてくださいました。客室はもちろんのこと、客室までのプロムナードもとても清潔です。 客室から徒歩1-2分でビーチに行けるので、あまり準備しなくてもすぐに遊べます。 自転車の無料貸出しもあるので、島内巡りもお手軽にできます。 WiFiはやや不安定です。 ホテル内レストランも快適で、食事も美味しかったです。 」

「朝食込みで予約したのに、現在は雨期（ローシーズンにて）コックもいないとの事で毎日セブン・イレブンのサンドイッチを食べた。また同じく3泊したが一度も部屋の掃除ベッドメイキングもなかった。部屋に電気ポットもなく自分でポットを用意したり飲み物をかってきたりした。 周りにレストラン等無く、いつもレンタカーで食事をしに出掛けた。」

「Except the sheets on the bed, nothing about the room made me feel as though it had been cleaned any time recently. Bathroom had mold in shower and vent in bathroom looked like the lint from the dryer’s filter」

「Smal bungalow in second road, but you can still see the ocean. The standard of the bungalow is too low! The bed and pillows where fine, but the rest is not good enough. No refrigerator in the room.」

「We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to...

「The staff were very kind and happy to meet our accommodation needs. The breakfast was delicious. Had a variety of good options for everyone and the staff were flexible about the time. The room was comfortable, but all the rooms on the pond face eachother, so be cautious of keeping your curtains open, there is not much privacy. The rooms also do not keep out sound well. You can easily hear your neighbors and anything going on outside. The hotel is next to the park, we were able to walk there...
