"Restaurant shut at 6:30pm; The fried rice was like porridge; they turned the lights off when we were still in the restaurant area. The beds were really hard and coated in plastic so that you woke up hot and sweaty. The rooms were nice but the rest of the place is badly kept and in disrepair. "Spartan but clean and comfortable. I stayed in a deluxe room on the 5th floor. Large space, with plenty of power outlets and more amenities than I would expect at this price. Good water pressure with endless hot water available. Huge TV with cable channels including several in English. Courteous staff checked me in and then left me alone. Good location about 1 km from the train station and near many quality coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Cute attached coffee shop too. Please note that...
