"A lovely hotel and truly amazing staff. There are some upkeep issues here and there, but the river view was stunning. The restaurant is great to have as well. The jacuzzi room was very large and mattress was soft and comfortable. I was on 5th floor and the view from my room was just perfect. The fitness center needs some work and updating. Just a few weights, one bench, elliptical, and bike (treadmill was out of order), but it was fine for a quick trip. Location is very close to lots of restaurants, bars, massage, etc. About a 30 min walk to bridge and 15 mins to nearest train station. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is extremely helpful and kind."

The staff was welcoming, kind, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere was beautiful, peaceful, and made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The location was perfect, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care that went into making guests feel comfortable.
