Think twice
Booked the hotel because of Beach, AC, free parking (that was the filter) got a email with special instructions "ony way to go there is by 4x4" so i called the hotel and the agree to cancel for a full refund but hotels.com had to call them. later hotel.com told me no the don't agree and no refund. So think 2 times if you go there YOU ARE TO 100% UP FROM THEM !! you eat what the have you pay what the ask and if the are in bad mud you can not go out !!

Skønt afslappet sted.
Skønt sted - jeg vil mene det bedste på Bottle Beach. Dejlige værelser, fantastisk strand og massage, stort poolområde, god atmosfære. Det eneste jeg manglede var måske et lidt større udvalg på menukortet. Transporten til stedet er for dyr! Skal jeg til Bottle Beach vil jeg bo her igen.

Das Bungalow direkt am Strand war purer Luxus. Gerade mit Kindern. Ansonsten eher klein und bereits etwas älter, aber immer noch gut. Das Essen war manchmal gut manchmal mässig. wir gingen oft in das direkt benachbarte am ende der beach. dort wars konstant sehr gut. wir werden wieder kommen

Bottle Beach 1 Resort
Uns als Familie hat es super gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber. In jedem Bungalow gab es einen Fernseher, mini bar und Safe leider keinen Wasserkocher. Die Betten könnten für unseren geschmack bequemer sein. Es gibt eine 24h Rezeption die steht's freundlich war. Egal von welchen Bungalow man ist gleich am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr Kinderfreundlich. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen und sehr schön. Man kann zwei Wanderungen von hier aus machen 1x zum Viewpoint ca 50min einfach. Und einen zu nem Nachbarstrand ca 2h. ( wo Affen und Schlangen gesehen wurden ) ws gibt min. 4 verschiedene Restaurants am Strand mit Meer Blick. Das Wasser war sehr angenehm. Uns hat es alles zusammen sehr gut gefallen.

Hotel is right on the beach..we stayed on the beach front bungalows..amazing..staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you..2-3 nice restaurants on the beach which were lovely at night..the best beach I’ve been to in Thailand! Can’t recomm enough!

Hotel dans un cadre paradisiaque. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était verte pas très attirante et elle est restée dans cet état pendant notre séjour. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits doubles et nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir un lit double et un lit simple pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants... La plage est vraiment très belle et calme (nous étions en saison calme) Le prix des consommations est assez élevé, pensez à venir avec des espèces car taxe de 3% sur le prix final si paiement par CB (hors frais de banque) Le personnel est très sympathique. Pensez à l'anti moustique ainsi qu'aux crèmes solaires. Bon voyage, endroit à découvrir.

Bottle Beach is the Best! ❤️
We can’t say enough positive things about a Bottle Beach! Location is private/secluded, very peaceful! Getting there is either by taxi and then longboat OR contact the resort and arrange a truck to meet you at the pier for a fee. Beach is beautiful, good for swimming, not so much for snorkeling. Cottages are spacious and clean. Wifi is good. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is delicious. BUT the best part of Bottle Beach is the staff! Hardworking from morning till night and happy the whole time! Loved them all and was sad to leave. Will be back!

Extremely rude staff - dated rooms.
The staff here are extremely rude - especially reception staff. Surly and unwilling to help! Once here you're trapped unless you pay exorbitant taxi and boat rates in and out. Go to bottle beach for the day. DO NOT STAY!

Die Dame am Check in ist leider genau so unfreundlich, wie schon mehrfach beschrieben. Pampig und schlecht gelaunt. Die Jungs vom Service sind sehr nett und auf Zack. Das BBQ war super! Bungalows sind unter dem was man preislich erwartet. Der Strand entschädigt aber für vieles. 2 Tage reichen aber völlig aus hier, da es andere Strände auf Pha-ngan gibt, die genau so schön sind. Das nächste mal würde ich ins haad khuat Resort direkt nebenan gehen!

Average resort at gorgeous beach
Transfer from thong sala pier was organized by resort (recommended because you only reach the resort by boat or 4x4 truck. No taxi will take you there). The beach is really beautiful and you can explore the hills around (nice viewpoint behind bottle beach 2). The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpfull. The room wasn't cleaned within 4 days without request. The Pool is ok but not the best water quality. The sea is perfect blue and clear. There are always boats around to get you to the next beach and back if you want to buy some stuff (no shop at bottle beach) or just want to see another beach.

Amazing, could have stayed for longer!
Spent a 3 nights at Bottle beach one and it was great! We stayed in a fab room which we found fine for the beginning of July, the room was big and the beds were comfy and the view straight out to the beach was amazing! I would definitely reccomend paying the little extra for sea view! The staff were all very friendly, always got a smile on their face. The restaurant was good too, lots to choice from, everything we had was delicious and the price was very reasonable! We were expecting it to be expensive given that the location is so remote but we're pleasantly surprised to find that wasn't the case! All in all would reccomend to anyone coming to Koh Phangan that fancies a few days relaxing!

pleasant hotel near a lovely secluded beach
I enjoyed my stay . Bottle beach is a beautiful and quiet beach . It can only be accessed by boat .The staff were most helpful and the food was quite satisfactory . Its a pity the rooms were only serviced every third day though -

Kleines Paradies mit herzlichem Team
Die Anreise nach Bottle Beach ist alles andere als Standard: entweder mit dem Taxiboot oder per Offroader über eine sehr steile Strasse (Achtung, nicht für Roller geeignet!) gelangt man ins kleine Paradies. Wir haben für 5 Tage einen einfachen Bungalow in erster Reihe am Strand gemietet. Der Bungalow ist sehr einfach eingerichtet (natürlich gibt es auch bessere): Bett mit Mosquitonetz, Ventilator, Safe, WC, Lavabo, Dusche - und natürlich das herrliche, glasklare Meer mit pulvrigem Sandstrand und Palmen direkt vor der Haustür! W-Lan war inklusive. Bei diesem Panorama braucht man es aber höchstens, um Ferienfotos auf Facebook zu posten :-) Gegessen haben wir jeweils sehr gut im Resort selber. Das ganze Team war immer freundlich, lustig, herzlich und nach kurzer Zeit gehört man schon dazu. Alles ist locker, die Gäste, die Angestellten, es gibt keine Kleidervorschriften und auch mal einen spontanen Volleyball Match mit Gästen und Angestellten. Das Tüpfchen auf dem i war am letzten Abend, als uns der Kellner eine Kong-Ming-Laterne gebracht hat, die wir am Strand steigen liessen und uns was wünschen konnten! Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder ins Bottle Beach 1 Resort!

Heerlijk verblijf aan 1 van de mooiste stranden
Bottle beach 1 lag aan een van de mooiste stranden waar we tot nu toe geweest zijn. Ons kamer lag dicht bij de strand. We reisden met een klein kindje dus waren blij verrast met een upgrade. Super grote kamer. De inrichting van de kamer en het gehele resort is misschien niet de modernste maar alles werkte en het was schoon. Medewerkers waren allemaal super vriendelijk, restaurant aan het strand was perfect. Savonds rustig en overdag heerlijk zwemmen in de zee of zwembad. Kan geen negatieve punt bedenken, behalve de grote harde kussens en het feit dat je je sleutel bij de receptie moest achter laten als je housekeeping wilden. Vonden we niet zo praktisch met een klein kindje waarbij je makkelijk toegang tot je kamer wilde. Bottle 1 is zeker een aanrader. Vraag voor pick-up mogelijkheden met de auto anders beland je net als wij in een taxi boat. Niet handig met bagage, baby en aanmeren op het strand.

Avoid this disgusting hotel
My friends and I booked this hotel for 5 nights which was a big mistake. We had 4 bungalows. In three of them the hotel staff refused to provide with face towels, bed sheet for the blanket, water glasses. In my bungalow they gave me a blanket only in the third day when I started shouting at the receptionist. The hotel is far away from the civilized places in Koh Phangan. Only 4x4 cars can reach the place and the taxi drivers at the pier refused to take us there. During the second day a heavy rain started and did not stop for the rest of our stay. The hotel charged us for the transport to the pier but they took us there late at night instead early in the morning because they needed to renovate the road this day. They left us without drinking water and food. Because of their lies this day and no effective action we missed our booking for the ferry to Koh Samui as well as the booking for the hotel there. The staff were very arrogant, unfriendly and useless. Their behavior towards us was insulting and irrespectful. In the darkness we had to walk in the deep river and muddy road uphill, in the poring rain, so that we were very happy when we finally managed to escape from this place. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Isoleret og idyllerisk, men slidt.
Vi var ikke opmærksom på at Koh Pangang har en anden regntidssæson en resten af Thailand, og havnede derfor på Bottle Beach til regn og uvejr. Det er derfor svært at give en fair vurdering, men stedet virkede træt og ikke vedligeholdt. Poolen var så plumret, at man ikke kunne se bunden. Til og frakørselsvej var regnet væk. Der er uden tvivl dejligt i godt vejr, her kan man faktisk finde noget af tidligere tiders ro og tilbagelænethed, men vi var utrygge og glade for at slippe derfra.

Une plage de rêve !
Superbe plage avec seulement 4 hôtels. Un paradis au bout du monde. Arrivée en bâteau Long Boat depuis Chaloklum à privilégier, sinon en 4x4 mais c'est plus long et beaucoup moins agréable. Pas de distributeur de billet ou de boutiques accessibles depuis cette plage. Cet hôtel est le seul à disposer d'une piscine (très sale) et possède le moins bon restaurant des 4 ! Coupure d'électricité une heure par jour et ménage 1 jour sur 3 uniquement.

La plage est magnifique, Quant à l'hôtel,il serait bien si le ménage était fait tous les jours et non tous les trois jours. Si toutes les ampoules fonctionnaient dans la chambre et si pouvait ouvrir la porte de l' armoire (un coup de rabot aurait suffit), ce serait un minimum acceptable. Nous avons réservé et payé une chambre avec deux lits doubles,et nous avons eu un lit double et un lit simple. L'éclairage est insuffisant et ne permet même pas de lire le soir. La piscine est sale et pas entretenue.

Hôtel detestable
Le cadre de l hôtel est superbe : belle plage et belle vegetation. C est malheureusement le seul point positif. L hôtel est sale, la piscine est également très sale. le ménage n est fait que tous les trois jours. Le personnel est detestable. La Wifi ne fonctionne que très peu. La climatisation a été en panne pendant deux jours sans que la direction de l hôtel daigne sans préoccuper. Nous n avons pas pu avoir de drap pendant plus d une journée malgré nos demandes ! Enfin, pour faire toute visite sur l île, nous sommes obligés de prendre le bateau. Les tarifs sont prohibitifs. Cet hôtel ne mérite nullement d être référencé

Ruime nette kamer. Personeel niet attent.
We hadden een kamer geboekt met twee tweepersoonsbedden. Deze was helaas niet meer beschikbaar. on waardoor een van de kinderen op een gammel opklapbedje moest slapen. Ons werd duidelijk gemaakt dat het toch echt ons probleem was. Het personeel was, zeker voor Thaise begrippen, niet synpathiek of behulpzaam. De kamer en met name de sanitaire voorzieningen waren overigens keurig. Wel jammer dat slechts 1 maal per drie dagen de kamer werd schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken beschikbaar waren. Dit is meestal geen probleem, maar bij een strand met al dat zand e.d. is een extra schoonmaak geen overbodige luxe. Verder was het zwembad erg smerig en leek het erop dat het water niet ververst werd.

Na een dollemansrit over een slecht begaanbare weg kom je aan bij Bottlebeach 1, daar wordt je ontvangen door een zeer onvriendelijke receptioniste, ik had er over gelezen maar dat ze ronduit onbeschoft en onvriendelijk is ...Maar deze dame is echt niet aardig. De locatie van het huisje is geweldig, direct aan het strand fantastisch. Dat er mieren over het bed lopen? ach ze bijten toch niet ? was het antwoord, De muskieten netten boven het bed zitten vol met gaten, zijn te klein en sommige gaten zijn dichtgeplakt met vieze pleisters, heel het net is vies. De airco (stroom) gaat tussen 16.00 en 17.00 uit. Er staat een verbod op het gebruik van hotelhanddoeken aan het strand. Je kan handdoeken kopen (vanaf 200 THB) En overdag is het vrij druk met dagjesmensen die op Bottlebeach worden afgezet. een optie is overigens om te ontbijten bij Smile Resort net naast Bottlebeach, daar staat Gai (manager) je zeer vriendelijk te woord en verzorgt je als gast./

Das Hotel besteht aus ca 25 Bungalows. Im Zentrum befindet sich ein Pool und ein Restaurant mit sehr netter Bedienung. Der Service ist sehr gut. Die Hütten befinden sich am Starand und locker um den Pool gruppiert. Der gesamte Charakter des Hotels ist dem abgeschiedenen Ort angemessen, keine übertriebener Service, man lebt in der Natur und bekommt, was notwendig ist. Alles ist sauber und praktisch. Preislich nicht unbedingt teurer als üblich. Im restaurant gibt es durchaus typische Thaiküche, aber auch Pizza, Burger und Eis. Man kommt nur mit dem Boot oder dem Hotel-Pickup zum Hotel oder vom Strand weg. Für Unternehmungen ist das etwas beschwerlich aber machbar. Der Strand wird tagsüber von vielen Tagesgästen und den entsprechenden Longboats angefahren. Das kann nerven, allerdings ist der Strand mit 500 m relativ breit, zum ausweichen und zum joggen geeignet.
